Teaching Assistant Nursery Practitioner Location: Northumberland Start Date: January Contract: Full time Milk Education are supporting a partner school in Northumberland to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a school-based nursery, working in the baby room. This position is suited to someone with strong early years experience who enjoys supporting infants as they grow and learn. About the Nursery The nursery focuses on providing a warm and nurturing setting where children feel secure and inspired. Outdoor learning shapes their approach, giving children genuine opportunities to explore nature, develop curiosity and build confidence. They are looking for dedicated Practitioners who enjoy working with babies and value time outdoors. The Role As a Practitioner working with children from 9 months old, you will help create a caring and engaging space. You will support children to reach key developmental milestones through sensory activities, outdoor exploration and thoughtful interaction.
